Allow clients to see cancellation policies and supplier T&Cs after authorization

Currently there isn't a way for clients to go back to refer to cancellation policies and supplier T&Cs except when authorizing payment. I have clients asking multiple times when they can cancel something and I can't tell them "it's in your Tern itinerary" unless I then do extra work and add it to the component description when it's already available.

Agreed. For now a work around for this is the PDF that's attached to the payment authorization confirmation email has links to the Terms and Conditions they agreed to by submitting authorization.
