We need the ability to undo critical actions: like deletion of room options.

Or an activity, Just deleted the wrong one and now I have to rebuild it.

Or changing dates of an itinerary. Even when telling the system to move items on day 1 of the original to day 1 of the revised itinerary, day 2 on day 2, etc. it has a mind of its own and creates a jumbled mess.
