Add conditional logic to forms in Tern

In my inquiry form, i have the option to choose a customized itinerary service (attracts a planning fee) or complimentary service.
My ideal flow would be a conditional logic. If the prospect selects "customized itinerary", the form prompts them to make the payment and if they select complimentary service it would allow to submit with requiring payment.

I have a detailed accessibility form I use and will be creating an intake form (new tern user here) as well. I want them to be all in one form and my cruise clients don't need to see questions that pertain to all-inclusive options for example. This is such a game changer! TJ has this....

YES PLEASE!!
In conjunction, The Contact, Trip Request & Group sign-up form builders have several limitations that disrupt form flow and create unnecessary confusion for clients.
1 — Contact Information Fields Are Locked to Page 1 Purple tile fields can only be placed inside the Traveler Details section on Page 1 and cannot be moved to any other page. This makes it impossible to organize the form logically — for example, separating basic client info from passport details or flight credentials like KTN and Redress Number onto dedicated pages.
2 — Cannot Interleave Custom Questions or General Elements Between Purple Tiles Custom Questions and General Elements including Info Blocks cannot be placed between Contact Information fields — only before or after the entire block. This prevents advisors from adding context or instructions within a section, making the form feel disorganized for clients.
3 — No Field-Level Control Over the Traveler Details Section There is no way to selectively activate or suppress individual fields in the Traveler Details section. On a land-only trip, cruise-specific fields appear and cannot be removed — and vice versa on a cruise-only trip. The Contact Information section already solves this with a bubble toggle system. That same field-level control should be extended to the Traveler Details section.
4 — Gender Field Includes More Than M/F Airlines only recognize M/F — any other selection causes booking complications. Advisors must use a custom Single Select question as a workaround, but it cannot be placed between purple tile fields, pushing it out of logical order on the form.
5 — Travel Preferences Require Manual Re-Entry Room types, cabin categories, and add-ons are already configured on the group trip itinerary. Advisors currently have to manually re-enter these same options as custom questions. The form should be able to pull these options directly from the itinerary.

I'm using this in my host agency's software and it's a lifesaver. Ex) for hotel bookings, I can ask if they need my research or know exactly what they want. If research, then I have questions about preferences. If they know what they want, I can gather the exact information I need to make the booking without any additional back and forth with the client. I want to move all my forms over to Tern but need this functionality first before I can.

Conditional logic on forms would streamline advisor workflows by allowing a smaller number of dynamic forms to replace multiple static versions. It reduces maintenance, lowers the chance of client errors, and cuts down on the follow-up needed when information is missing or irrelevant. Clients benefit from a faster, clearer experience because they only see the questions that apply to them. This improves completion rates, strengthens data quality, and ultimately increases advisor productivity.

I love this idea. I used Cognito forms in the past before coming to Tern. Really loved having a form (like cruises) and based on the answers it would open up other aspects

I currently have this with a system that I using. I have one form and depending on what the client answers will take them to that section of that form to ask more questions in regards to their interest.

This would be so helpful! As forms for a new trip are a bit clunky. Ideal state would be to list out all services, and have conditional logic where for example if “Transportation” is selected all the questions about those services appeared.

This is feature has been requested in so many other tools, yet never implemented. Form builders such as Cognito Forms does this very well! It’ll save us so much time and eliminate the need to create multiple forms for trip inquiries and other requests.

In addition to this, if the client makes a selection, allow me to have the client answer a specific set of questions based on the initial selection
