Ability to add additional bonus commission from vendors

There are some vendors, such as Couples Resorts, that pay a bonus in addition to a normal % commission. I'd like to think that would should be added in the same location as where we currently add the commission on the booking screen. There would have to be a back-end setting also if the person is an Agency member as to how much the Agent keeps- some Agencies pass it through 100%, others keep a % like a normal commission, but at a different rate.

Another nice reason to have a separate field for this is sometimes the regular commission gets paid and they miss the bonus commission. Instead of digging through the trip paperwork, etc to see if the short pay was due to a missing bonus commission, if you have a separate field, it would be obvious.
