Supplier Terms & Conditions across agency bookings

It would be helpful if we could input a supplier's T&C's (as well as Cancelation Policies) once - at the agency level - and have those apply across the board to all advisors' bookings.

I don't agree with adding the cancelation polices. Right now, I feel this is a big liability. If they aren't deleted and re-added for the current trip, you end up with cancellation policies that refer to the wrong dates. The biggest issue is with hotels and tours, where the cancellation policies are date-specific and not general across the product.
