"Ready to Pay" Should Not Show Until Traveled

As an owner, I enter commissions as I receive them, however, some commissions are received early. All other CRM's I've worked with would not tell me "ready to pay" until I had both received the commission AND travel was completed. I do NOT want to pay out a commission (ex: cruise commission received 3 months early) before the client has completed travel. With 20 advisors, I can not keep track of this on my own and depend on my system to accurately tell me when to pay.
