The collaborator access is super restrictive. If it's truly for VA access, I need them to have access to the same view as mine (the way my dashboard is set up), access to modify and organize library items (all activities, workflows, tasks, etc.) and contacts.

AGREE!! This is huge - we struggle with how my assistant works with me and it is much extra work for me that she should be doing.
