I pulled in a saved activity for transportation. Entered all my information and then happen to notice 70% split. Now I have been using tern for a few years and started when I was only 70% so I have a lot of templates. I now assume that when we pull in a template that might have been created a while ago it will not change to my current split, I never noticed or paid too much attention to it until today as I thought when you pull a saved activity it would be the current split just as if you add a new one.

Here's what I recommend:
  1. Submit a support ticket with this info - we should be able to have engineering update the expected split for all bookings submitted after a specific date, to reflect your accurate split.
I think if we can just do this for the year 2025 to current it should be fine. I'm not really sure how much as been affected, I think very little.
  1. Separately, I'll work with engineering on an underlying fix. We really shouldn't pre-fill the expected split on the template itself. Then when you apply the template, we should use whatever the most up-to-date split is.
